U.S. Mountain Running Team to be Selected at Mount Washington

The 2010 U.S. Mountain Running Team will travel to Kamnik, Slovenia, to compete in the 26th World Mountain Running Championships on Sunday, September 5. This year's open team – six men and four women – will be selected at the U.S. Mountain Running Championships to be held at the Mt. Washington Road Race on Saturday, June 19, starting at 10:00 a.m.

The Colorado Tourism Office's (CTO) "Snow at First Sight" campaign, which began on October 12 with a global search for three people who have never experienced snow before, has concluded with the selection of three winners.  Hailing from Atlanta, Australia and Hawaii, the three finalists are set to begin their Colorado adventure on January 11, 2010 in Colorado, where they will blog on www.SnowAtFirstSight.com about their experiences and post regular updates on social networks including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Flickr.

Tour With Kahtoola Race Series and Demos Kick-off in January 2010

Kahtoola, a leader in innovative winter traction products, announced their Tour with Kahtoola for winter 2010. The Tour with Kahtoola includes five races and demos at alpine and Nordic locations beginning in January 2010. 2010 Beaver Creek Snowshoe Adventure Series Race Dates Announced

Highline Sports & Entertainment announced the schedule for the 2010 Beaver Creek Snowshoe Adventure Series. Dates for the 2010 series include: Sunday, Jan. 10, Sunday, Feb. 7 and Sunday, March 7 as the annual Jeremy Wright North American Snowshoe Championships.

Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team Set to Depart for World Championships

The Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team will compete in the 25th World Mountain Running Championships in Campodolcino, Italy, on Sunday, September 6, 2009. Campodolcino is located in the province of Sondrio in the Lombardy region located approximately 100 kilometers north of Milan. This year's team will arrive at the race venue in Italy on Thursday, September 3 and includes the following athletes: (*Ages are listed at time of World Championships).
